My Elizabeth Arden lip balm, a bottle of water and a good book.
What type of suitcase do you carry?
Samsonite.
What's always in your hand luggage?
A clean pair of knickers and comfy track pants.
Are you a planner or a last-minute packer?
Usually a planner - although I did a very hastily organised trip to New York recently to cover Valerie Adams ahead of the Olympics - trip was confirmed at 11am and we flew at 7.15pm. That was definitely a lesson in last-minute.
What's the best thing you've brought back from a trip?
A small table I bought in Agra after visiting the Taj Mahal. It's made from the same marble and precious stones - and always reminds that I was lucky enough to see one of the Seven new Wonders of the World.
Favourite or most exciting airport to land in?
Los Angeles - every time - never get sick of it.
Most memorable trip?
Last year's holiday to Kona on the big island of Hawaii - I got to swim with dolphins and turtles - truly amazing.
What do you do while on a plane?
I wish I could say sleep - but I find that impossible. So I read, watch movies, and every now and then check the air show to see how far we've moved.
