Do you travel light or heavy?
Usually heavy because my packing style is not great so I just end up taking one million more things than I need to.
Cattle or first class?
Cattle. I request the Indian meal so the food is yum... I think that curry works well stored heated for a prolonged period of time. But seriously, does any airline actually believe that the seat in "relaxed" position and headrest tilted is in some way similar to a bed?

What type of suitcase do you carry?
One with wheels. The last trip we did, I was quite jealous of [Ruby designer] Deanna's one that could do a 360° spin.
What's always in your hand luggage?
A book, snacks, a clicky pencil and plain white paper.
Favourite or most exciting airport to land in?
I love arriving at Auckland Airport - the free tea and coffee while you are waiting for your baggage and the announcements that remind me of play school are just so welcoming.
Most memorable trip?
I recently spent 46 hours catching various different connecting flights to get from Auckland to Greece. I don't really sleep well on planes so it was all quite surreal.
What do you do while on the plane?
Make sure that my glass is always topped up with my alcoholic drink of the moment. Do some work, watch as many movies as I can until my concentration span goes and then I switch to Glee.
