Pioneering heart surgeon Sir Brian Barratt-Boyes and his wife, Lady Sara, have opened their luxurious holiday home, Greenhills Villa, near Waiwera, to guests. With magnificent views of the Hauraki Gulf, the villa sleeps up to four adults in two bedrooms and has its own private beach, tennis court and swimming pool. It costs $300 a night or $2000 a week.
