An authentic working farm, open to the public, Sheepworld has a cafe, a wool products store and New Zealand's largest craft co-operative.
Sheepworld is set on 11ha of rolling hill country, alongside State Highway 1, 4km north of Warkworth.
Entry is free, though the daily show at 11am costs $10 for adults and $5 for children. On weekends and public holidays, the show is held at 11am and 1pm.
Visitors can try their hand at working the drafting gate, which sorts sheep into different pens, try shearing and, with $1-worth of pellets, feed the farm animals.
There's a picnic area and playground.
