Try Te Awamutu for roses and culture

Oldies know Te Awamutu for being on the main trunk line. Now the town wants to be known for an annual rose and cultural festival.

The inaugural event, brainchild of the Te Awamutu visitor information centre, runs from November 3 until November 12.
