Yes, another coffee table book on New Zealand, but this one is a bit unique.
Rather than representing the work of just one photographer, it's a collection of the finest photos by a group of our best landscape photographers, and the result is something special, representing a range of styles and subjects.
The fastidious photographic expert I consulted did observe that the printing let some of the pictures down a bit but even he agreed that the photos themselves were superb.
If you want a book to send to friends and family overseas to demonstrate the creativity and beauty found in this country, or one to sit on your coffee table at home to inspire folk to get out and see what a glorious land we live in, this would be a good choice.
