Tourism Auckland photography competition

There's still time to enter the Tourism Auckland Photography Competition, which runs until June 24.

Entrants are invited to capture the essence of the Auckland region in four categories - modern city, culture and heritage, lifestyle experiences, and vistas and landscapes.

Each category has an excellent prize package, with the grand prize worth $1200.

There is also a prize for the best work by a secondary school student studying photography. Entry is free and closes at 4pm, Friday, June 24.
