If the success of our Olympic triathletes inspired you, head to Taupo for the Lakes Express multisport team event on Saturday.
The race covers five disciplines - a waterski/biscuit leg, a cross-country run, road biking, canoeing/kayaking and a mountainbike leg.
Each leg is a race within a race, and all legs start and finish at Wharewaka Point. Details and entry forms are available online.
