Who says the moa is extinct? Certainly not Ena Hutchinson and her business partner, Geraldine McManus. Back in the early 70s Hutchinson and her former husband started MoaTrek, running minibus tours around New Zealand for 18-to-35-year-olds. Now Hutchinson and McManus have revived the company to cater for small groups of 40-to-60-year-olds, this time including fine wine and good food.
