Sydney Regent wins again

Despite the disruption of a $A65 million ($83 million) refurbishment, the Sydney Regent - which opened 20 years ago - has won the city's best hotel award for the second year running.

Based on a Business Traveller magazine poll, the Regent Sydney scored top marks for facilities, food, location, service and value.

The hotel's 531 luxurious rooms and suites offered breathtaking harbour and city views.
