When you're in the thick of Sydney's cuisine quarter, you can get a niggling feeling that you are missing the best sights, smells and tastes. Put that aside by joining a three-day food-lovers' jaunt with a guiding gourmand.
Catherine Bell, best known for her Auckland-based cooking school, The Epicurean Workshop, will lead the tour, departing from Auckland on May 16.
The tailormade trip ensures the 15 people who take it will get to see food-lovers' delights and places that might otherwise take days to find.
"Each time I visit Sydney, there's always new restaurants, culinary stores and unexpected discoveries," says Bell.
"The city is richly diverse in cuisines, markets, eating places and specialty stores. We'll shop, eat and cook together."
