Two buses have been destroyed by fire on the edge of Sydney airport.
Two Fire and Rescue NSW crews raced to the scene at Ross Smith Avenue in Mascot, where airport firefighters were already hard at work.
"We arrived to see two buses well alight, and a third one catching alight. We managed to stop it getting too much damage to the third bus and extinguish it with three lines of hose," a Fire and Rescue NSW spokesman told 7 News.
"It was a fairly severe fire, lots of plastics obviously on the bus, so it was quite intense. But the foam, especially from the monitor of the airport fire service knocked it down quite quickly."
