It has been a favourite holiday resort for drunken Brits for many years, attracted to the cheap booze and hedonistic lifestyle.
However the party could soon be over in Magaluf, as a list of 64 things that holidaymakers cannot do has been published by the local council, the Daily Mail reports.
The banned measures includes things such as using shower gel in public showers, climbing trees, walking round the street topless and having sex in public.
Anyone caught breaking one of the 64 rules will face hefty fines ranging from 100 to 3,000 Euros ($153 to $4613).
The clampdown comes as the authorities desperately try to clean-up the image of Magaluf that has long been a magnet for debaucherous Brits enjoying the cheap booze on offer.
Fines, which start at 100 Euros for 'minor' offences such as climbing a tree, are 50 per cent off if paid within ten days.
The resort has long attracted negative headlines, most famously in 2014 when an 18-year-old British girl was filmed performing a sex act on 24 men in two minutes at Magaluf bar to win a cocktail.
Authorities are pushing to make the party island 'family friend' in their quest for 'quality tourism'.
The move started in 2015 sparking a five-year, $373million regeneration programme, and the raft of new rules that were drawn up last October shows it has now been stepped up even more.
In addition to the new rules that will be imposed for the first time this summer, the number of police officers in the resort will be doubled during the busy months. There will be 2639 officers compared with 1227 in 2016.
New laws banning music louder than a laugh have also come into force.
Officials are trying to quieten the holiday destination down - by limiting music volume to just 65 decibels, which is just below the level of a vacuum cleaner.
The measure - which affects all late-night venues in the popular resort, plus other nearby hot-spots such as Palmanova - was brought in last month by town hall officials in Magaluf's municipality of Calvia, who say they are enforcing a European directive.
However some disgruntled residents and business owners believe the zero-tolerance attitude is still failing to improve Magaluf's image. The resort is visited by 2.2million Brits a year.
Following on from a string of incidents, including a group of 19 British lads running along the sea-front completed naked and fighting between Scotland and England fans, they have declared: "Enough is enough!"
They are revolting against "anything goes, cheap tourism" and a protest petition has been launched on platform Change.org which calls on the local council and police to tackle the unruly behaviour as a matter of urgency.
They say urinating and vomiting in the street, sex acts in public, syringes on the beach, shouting and fighting, use of megaphones, loud music, vandalism and aggression can no longer be tolerated.
