Snookered: Blokes' holiday snubbed by cheeky AirBnB pool table photos

It seemed like an ideal cabin for a blokes' getaway, but the villa failed to live up to its promise.

The group of mates were planning a holiday to Croatia and thought they'd found the perfect pad.

It even had a pool-table – which featured prominently in the listing – for the friends from Glasgow to unwind at in their holiday villa.

Er, sort of.

The cheeky Airbnb owner had failed to note that the table was actually a child-sized toy.

They made the AirBnB booking "specifically for the pool table," but were left disappointed by its actual size.

One of the group, Brian Ashe, posted pictures to Twitter for comparison. He was not impressed, though could see the funny side of the situation.

The pictures were 'liked' over 8000 times on social media. Comments from the internet went as far to praise the "genius" of the owner.

"That first picture is some absolute belting camera work btw," wrote Connor Handren.
This is far from the first time holidaymakers have been fooled by deceptive photography.

Jenny Kershaw's photos of a 'rooftop pool' on an Booking.com listings went viral when she discovered the paddling-pool sized hot tub.

"Our hotel pool in Vietnam ... booking.com VS reality. We've been done there," she wrote on Twitter, sharing a picture of the promo shot and her own photo side-by-side.
