Club Med has opened another Colorado ski resort, called Crested Butte, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, but only a 50-minute car-ride from the nearest airport of Gunnison.
The 261-room hotel is at the foot of the ski-slopes at an altitude of 2800 metres.
Services include a ski school for children and Mini Club Med activities for children aged between 4 and 13.
The resort is one of 20 skiing destinations and resorts featured in Club Meds Ski brochure for 2000 and 2001.
