Chilly cheeks in icy winds and the panting of eight Alaskan malamutes and Siberian huskies are all part of a dog-sled tour at Falls Creek in Victoria's alps.
The tour covers about 10km of country surrounded by bush and white-capped mountains. Two adults and a small child can be drawn by Colo, Mawson, Comet, Panda, Halley, Willy, Indy and Blitzen.
There are four departures daily from Monday to Friday. Bookings are essential and subject to weather conditions.
