Close to 200 workers from Sheraton's 3 hotels at Denarau on the west coast of Fiji's main island, Viti Levu, returned to work late last night after a 2-day strike.
Union Secretary Timoci Naivaluwaqa and Sheraton Managing Director Mark Mcwhinney said the two parties have decided to work more closely together to avoid further disruption.
The workers walked out to protest against pay deductions and the promotion of a junior officer to reservations manager.
