Round-trip bonus

United Airlines has launched an air points bonus for travellers taking round trips between New Zealand and Los Angeles in August and October.

First-class passengers will earn 15,000 miles, business 10,000 and economy-class passengers 2500. This would earn first and business-class passengers enough miles for a free trip to Australia (excluding Perth) or to a South Pacific destination (excluding Hawaii).

United Airlines Mileage Plus Miles can be redeemed for travel on any Star Alliance partner, including Air New Zealand.

The offer is open to Mileage Plus members and those who sign up and travel within the three-month period.
