Prime Minister to open Auckland's Hilton hotel today

Prime Minister Helen Clark will open New Zealand's first Hilton Hotel today, at the end of Princes Wharf, Auckland.

It opened its doors to guests a month ago and occupancy rates have been running at 40 per cent. Manager John Ingram said this would rise to 70 per cent in the high season.
