Pohutukawa Festival in Coromandel

Coromandel's 10-day Pohutukawa Festival celebrates this New Zealand icon, which grows along the peninsula coastline.

The festival raises funds to restore and protect our native Christmas tree, raises awareness of Project Crimson, and highlights the diversity of the Coromandel.

It features arts, crafts, music and singing, wearable art, and environmental and heritage events.
