Norwegian Air is under fire after its old-school 22-page dress code gained worldwide attention.
Among the more outrageous guidelines is a stipulation that female staff must carry a doctor's note at all times if they want to wear flat shoes.
Not only that, but women must wear heels which are at least two centimetres tall - and makeup is compulsary.
Female staff are required to have a doctor's note at all times and update it every six months if they want to wear flats.
"It is almost comical that we face these issues in 2019," Ingrid Hodnebo, spokesperson for Norway's Socialist Left Party, told Norwegian newspaper VG.
