New Zealand has won a British newspaper award for best long-haul tourism destination for the third year running.
Britain is New Zealand's second biggest tourism market, and the result confirmed New Zealand's popularity as a destination, Tourism New Zealand chief executive George Hickton said in a statement.
The results were based on the answers to questions in the Guardian and Observer newspaper's tourism sections.
Nepal and Costa Rica filled second and third spots behind New Zealand.
