What was your greatest holiday?
Disneyland as a 10-year-old. Unforgettable, every kid's dream. My dad worked in the airline business for nearly 40 years and he opened my eyes to the world, and started my love of travel.
And the worst?
Don't think there's such a thing as a bad holiday is there? You make what you can of every situation. Although, my worst flight would have to be Hong Kong-Delhi for the 2010 Commonwealth Games - the woman behind me threw up, the whole flight, and I can still hear it splashing against the back of my seat.
If we bump into you on holiday what are you most likely to be doing?
Hanging out at an ATM machine. Four kids have that effect.
If we could teleport you to one place in New Zealand for a week-long holiday, where would it be?
Akaroa or Central Otago. I have great childhood memories of Banks Peninsula, and stone fruit in summer in Alexandra.
Complete this sentence - I can't travel without...
Having the horrible thought I've forgotten my passport.
