What was your greatest holiday?

Thailand with the missus was one of the most fun holidays I've had.

And the worst?

Thankfully I haven't had one, yet. But I've had some pretty crappy tour experiences that I should put in a book one day.

If we bump into you on holiday, what are you most likely to be doing?

Wearing stubbies, drinking cocktails.

If we could teleport you to one place in New Zealand for a week-long holiday, where would it be?

Bay of Plenty.

How about for a dream holiday internationally?

South America.

What's the dumbest thing you've ever done when travelling?

Partying way too hard and missing my flight. Got some wicked stories though, so it's worth it for that.

What's the best travel tip you've ever been given?

Triple-check pockets and personal bags just in case you're accidentally carrying someone's narcotics.

What was the most memorable meal you've had while travelling?

One time in Melbourne I had dinner with Tool, Shapeshifter, Peaches and Serena Williams' tennis coach.

What's the best thing you've brought back from a trip?

Tattoos.

Favourite airport to land at?

Tauranga, because it means I'm home.

What's the next trip you've got planned?

Hiring a caravan and taking the missus and kids to Cape Reinga.
