Miniature horses on show

If you think horses are majestic but you are too nervous to get up close, you may want to visit 65 pure-bred miniature horses on show at Windsong.

Daily tours at Windsong - a miniature horse breeding and training centre just outside Tauranga - begin around 10.30am and take between 60 and 90 minutes.

Windsong and its horses also put on pantomimes - one for children and another for older audiences. Guests can walk among the four-legged actors after each show.
