No junk, nothing second-hand, and everything 100 per cent New Zealand-made. It's all part of the policy of the St Heliers Bay Village handcraft market, now in its 14th year.
Held on the first and third Sunday of every month from 10am to 4pm, the market features up to 45 stalls indoors and outdoors.
Originally held at the Mission House, the market moved into St Heliers early this year, and regularly features quality work by craftspeople whose art pieces also sell through museum shops, such as Te Papa in Wellington, and at annual events such as the Ellerslie Flower Show.
The markets are at the Tamaki Ex Services Association Hall, corner of Turua St and Polygon Rd.
