Mamaku offers something out of the blue

The Mamaku Blue Blueberry experience near Rotorua is known for its wines, blueberry products and guided tours through the orchard, winery and museum. Now they have thought of a great way to use the thousands of spare blueberry pruning poles. The Nordic Pole walking experience is just like cross-country skiing, but without the snow. Walks range from 15 minutes to two hours. Visitors can choose from guided walks through the bush or follow marked farm paths through the volcanic land.
