An Australian reality TV star has opened up about the terrifying moment she realised her identity had been stolen, leaving her stranded while on holidays in Lebanon.
Love Island's Tayla Damir went through the nightmare experience — which she documented on Instagram — outlining how hackers had left her without any money in both her personal and business bank accounts.
The 22-year-old told her 382k followers that her bank card had been stolen, and when her family tried to assist by depositing more money, it was taken again.
"I got an email saying a suspicious amount has come out of my personal account so I went onto my personal account and all of my money my family had just put in had been wiped," she said in an Instagram story.
