The magic sky, time warping and life on other planets are in focus for family fun days all Labour Weekend at the Auckland Observatory and Stardome Planetarium.
For $6 each, visitors can see up to three different planetarium shows, and the Magic Sky show is designed for pre-schoolers.
The complex is off the Manukau Rd entrance to One Tree Hill Domain, and opens on Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 1 pm to 4 pm. On Saturday, the usual night-sky shows are available.
