Lonely Planet updates European editions

Lonely Planet has updated its European compendium with new editions of five comprehensive guidebooks that cover the continent.

EASTERN EUROPE, $49.50, is in its sixth edition. WESTERN EUROPE, $50, MEDITERRANEAN EUROPE, $49.50, SCANDINAVIAN AND BALTIC EUROPE, $49.50 and in its fifth edition. CENTRAL EUROPE is in its fourth edition.

There are also new editions of the Lonely Planet phrasebooks for EUROPE, SCANDINAVIA, CENTRAL EUROPE AND EASTERN EUROPE, $11.00.

And EUROPE ON A SHOESTRING is in its second edition outlining travel in 40 countries on a finite budget but with infinite adventure.

As always, Lonely Planet produces comprehensive, easy-to-follow guidebooks written by travellers with a curious eye.
