Launch day for Rocketry Association

The New Zealand Rocketry Association holds its national launch day on Sunday, starting at noon. A good range of large and exciting model rockets will take to the skies at Taupiri, near Huntly. A sausage sizzle and cold drinks will be on sale, and toilets are on site. The venue is signposted from SH1 at Taupiri, and a map can be found on the website. Sunday February 13 is cancellation day.
