Two highlights of the Taranaki International Festival of Arts will be the Russian clowning extravaganza Slava's Snowshow and the Spiegeltent Salon Perdu, a "mirror tent" that will host the cabaret, comedy and literary programme. The festival runs July 23 to August 9.
