The Horse Magic Show is a magnificent display on an impressive property near Cambridge - complete with a ringmaster and horses of every shape, size and purpose. The breeds include a Spanish Lippizaner stallion, one of New Zealand's wild Kaimanawa horses, a Quarter horse, a Clydesdale and a Norwegian Fjord horse and the Hackney pony that features in the television shows Xena and Hercules.
Bookings for the show at Cambridge Thoroughbred Lodge are essential. There is an opportunity for visitors to ride a horse.
Shows are on Tuesdays through to Sundays and cost $12 for adults and $5 for children, or $25 for a family pass for two adults and two children aged 3 to 14. Casual tours are given daily between 10am and 4pm and cost $5 for adults and $3 for children.
