Working and shopping for Christmas food.

What do you think of Rotorua?

Really nice. Rotorua is an interesting city with the Maori culture, lakes and there are lots of fun things to do. It smells a bit sometimes.

What's the best local snack/eatery/bar in Rotorua you've found?

Abracadabra Cafe and Bar, because it has good music and drinks.

What are your plans this summer?

Try and get a job here, then go backpacking and hiking in the South Island. I've been to Northland, Auckland and the Coromandel.

What is your favourite going-away spot?

The Redwoods here and Coromandel Peninsula is beautiful, and Hot Water Beach - but there isn't much to do there once you've gone to the beach.
