The Waiheke Island Historic Village comprises the Woolshed Museum, a restored cottage presented as a 1930s dwelling, a cottage which has been refurbished as a photographic gallery, and a textile display area. Other exhibits include a long-drop toilet, wool press and a whale-boiling cauldron. Open on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from noon-4pm.
