Heritage made fun in Christchurch

A fun-filled and educational day out can be had at Ferrymead Heritage Park in Christchurch.

The extensive selection of museums and collections includes a working replica of an Edwardian township complete with picture house, bakery, school and church.

Every Sunday in January Ferrymead holds special events, with a grand finale, the Edwardian Carnival, closing celebrations on Sunday, January 25. Prices: $10 adults, $5 children (under 5 free), $20 for family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children).
