An unusual new accommodation property in Christchurch will hold an open day on Sunday.
Jailhouse is in the Mountfort Cell Block of Addington Prison. It was built in 1874 under the guidance of Benjamin W. Mountfort, who also designed Christchurch Cathedral.
The open day starts at 1.30pm and if you like what you see, the opening special of $55 will get you a tastefully decorated room.
