Go see the Rose of Tralee

If you are in Ireland in August, take a detour to Tralee for the week-long Festival of Kerry and see 23-year-old Julia Houston, from Waikato, competing for the International title of Rose of Tralee.

The Hamilton-based art consultant won the New Zealand title in June, and will come up against titleholders from throughout the world during the August 21 to 29 festival.
