Free booklet on enjoying New Zealand's great outdoors

The new edition of Jasons Encounter Outdoor Directory is available free from i-SITE visitor information centres, DoC information centres and many tourism outlets.

DoC helped to produce the editorial pages, which describe outdoor areas and highlight conservation organisations throughout the country.

The booklet includes guidelines on how visitors can minimise their impact on the environment and provides a directory of companies offering outdoor adventures and activities, and nature and eco-tourism experiences. The directory is also available online.
