Follow the scarecrow trail round Kumeu

Residents of the Kumeu area have been busy constructing scarecrows for the Kumeu Scarecrow Festival, a fun community event for the family. Scarecrow creations will be displayed along a scarecrow trail from April 16-30, and you can pick up a free trail map from Rodney District Council or Auckland Central i-SITE visitor information centres.

In addition, 20 sculptures by professional artists are on display at six vineyards in Kumeu during Art in the Vineyards, which runs until April 30. The full list of participating vineyards and artists is online.
