Passengers: A mix of business travellers and families, since it was a Sunday flight.
How full: About 80 per cent full with some seats dotted around: first class was completely full.
Entertainment: There was no entertainment on this flight other than the United app, which you could download for complimentary entertainment with the onboard Wi-Fi.
Service: Good on this flight, someone had requested napkins about 20 minutes earlier and had no action, so she came back and asked for them. The crew were very sympathetic. From the takeoff to approach into Houston, the crew were very helpful.
Food and drink: A "mixed savoury snack bag" which consisted of just normal pretzels was our snack along with a complimentary drink of water, orange juice, tomato juice, Coke or Sprite. Alcoholic drinks were available for purchase during the flight.
Toilets: The cleanliness of the toilets was outstanding, even at the very end of the flight which was very nice.
Luggage: We could take on three bags for free (up to 27kg) as Dad is a Star Alliance frequent flyer.
Airport experience: The security officer who served us in Orlando national airport was friendly and even pronounced my name right (that's a first!) Arriving in Houston was even easier, we had a medium-long walk to the baggage carousel but our bags were very close to the start of the line, one of them was second.
Would I fly again: Yes! The crew were very helpful in every aspect of the flight and I can't wait to fly on United again.
