Ollie McMillan (aged 6) flies from Napier to Auckland aboard Air New Zealand's flight NZ5018.
The plane: ATR-72. It was pretty small and I had to walk down a ramp to get off.
Price: Dad says it cost the same as the Lego City petrol station I want for mybirthday ($100).
On time? A little bit late.
Getting on the plane: They gave me a wristband and it had all my information on it. They scanned it at special times during my journey. Each time it sent a text message to my mum, dad and Nan. I got to keep the wristband because it has my information on it. I keep it in my special drawer and I took it to school for news day.
My seat: I was with no adults in row two. Next to the window. I could decide because there was no one next to me. I could see the other planes when we were moving but I couldn't see the propeller spin because I was too close to the front.
I asked the flight attendant, who was a man, if I could play on my iPad yet and he said yes. So I played Lego creator game. There's a seat at the front the flight attendant pulls out and one of them sits in the seat. So they could see me the whole time.
Fellow passengers: It was not that full. It was a really small plane. I guess I didn't have anyone beside me because there wasn't enough people.
Food and drink: I didn't have any lollies and I had my own lunch.
The airport: It was very busy at Napier Airport because heaps of planes were delayed but the people were just so quiet. Nan brought some bliss balls though so we had some food to eat while we waited.
When I got off the plane in Auckland, I had to wait and I was the last person off. I went through the corridors and Mummy and Daddy and my brother Theo were waiting in front of the doors.
Would I fly by myself again? Yes I would. It was pretty nice. I think any time someone flies by themselves they should get a special seat. I felt safe on the plane and they looked after me really well.
