An Alaska Airlines flight was diverted to Seattle after a passenger tried to kiss a sleeping teenage girl seated next to him, airport officials said.
Fox News reported that a 23-year-old man was arrested at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport yesterday for allegedly trying to kiss a sleeping 16-year-old girl sitting next to him on the flight from Portland to Anchorage.
A spokesman for the airport said the pilot was notified and the incident was reported to police before landing.
A similar incident occurred on an American Airlines flight from Dallas to Portland last week. Chad Cameron Camp, 26, was arrested and charged with abusive sexual contact after he allegedly groped a 13-year-old girl who was travelling as an unaccompanied minor on the flight.
