My seat? 15E. The seat was by far the most comfortable Economy seat I have ever sat in. I'm quite a tall guy, so any extra leg room helps. There was a spacious 86.36cm gap between my seat and the one behind. I could actually recline my seat without feeling bad for the person behind me.
Fellow passengers? All Mexican travellers. Mixture of elderly and businessmen.
How full? A few empty seats here and there. Mine was the second morning flight out of Oaxaca.
Entertainment? No entertainment system was provided because the flight was less than two hours long. There was an inflight magazine (in Spanish) and eight radio stations (in Spanish) to listen to with my own personal headphones. However, I found entertainment in eavesdropping on conversations going on around me (all in Spanish).
The service? The staff were all Mexican, or from other Spanish-speaking nations in Central and South America. I found it easy enough to speak to them in Spanish, but they did know what "water" was in English.
Food and drink? The bar service is split between a morning and evening service. The morning service is comprised mostly of Pepsi-range soft drinks, Mexican beers and an impressive bar selection, which is worth naming: Herradura Antiguo (aged) tequila, Jack Daniel's whiskey, Finlandia vodka and Appleton Estate rum. Might I add that all the liquor was free, poured over a nice, tall glass of ice. These were accompanied either by Sabritas/Ruffles potato chips or Doritos. Beat that, cassava crisps and Cookie Time biscuit.
The toilets? Clean. Very clean. No one used it really.
Luggage? Interjet allow domestic travellers one piece of luggage weighing up to 25kg and two carry-on pieces of up to 10kg each. The airline takes name tags very seriously, and you are required to fill in tags for your checked piece of luggage and for your carry on.
The airport experience? Xoxocotlan International Airport is small but efficient. They have only one cafe and one mini gift store.
Would I fly this again? Si, por supuesto (Yes, of course). I am looking at flying Interjet en route to Cuba and to the rest of South America at the end of the year. Saludos!
