1 YOGA
Yoga has quickly become one of the most popular activities for holiday-makers in the Pacific Islands. Whether you want to join a guided retreat or take occasional classes, there's an option for you. Fiji is great for yoga holidays as there are daily classes at a number of resorts, such as the The Waitui Beach Club on the main island of Viti Levu or the Jean-Michel Cousteau resort on Vana Levu Island. If daily classes aren't enough to keep you entertained, there are plenty of options for yoga retreats, most around a week long and catering for all levels. A retreat is a great way to guarantee daily lessons while also offering enough free time to relax and explore at your leisure.
2 SURF
If you're keen to try water sports or keep up your fitness while on holiday look no further than Fiji's surf resorts. Although you can opt for a camp or package deal that gets you out on the surf every day, there are also options to surf when it suits you. The autumn/winter season (March-October) in Fiji is more suited to the experienced surfer whereas summer brings smaller swells better suited to beginners.
