Festival in time for pohutukawa blooming

The Coromandel Pohutukawa Festival, November 26-December 12, coincides with the blooming of this stunning native tree along the Coromandel coastline.

The festival features an extensive calendar of arts, sporting, cultural and cuisine-related events that showcase the Coromandel region. Money raised goes to charities, including planting pohutukawa throughout the area. A full calendar is online.
