Feed the birds as you cruise to Kawau

Feed sea birds while taking a small and personal cruise to Kawau Island in the Hauraki Gulf.

Husband and wife skipper and boat hand team Graeme and Ferelyth Roffey run their launch, Matata, daily at 10am from Sandspit, about an hour's drive north of Auckland.

An extra sailing at 2pm on Sundays gives morning passengers the option of disembarking at Kawau Island and catching the late sailing home at 4pm, and after Christmas the sailings will be at 10am and 2pm every day.
