Food, glorious food. Three days and two nights of pure pleasure for food-lovers is becoming a tradition in Tasmania, with Tastings at the Top now in its seventh year.
A trip from July 17 to 19 includes sampling fine wine, beer, whisky and cider, dinners featuring local produce, a wine-blending competition and a food-and-wine trivia contest.
The package includes a bonus night's accommodation and special return airfares from major Australian cities, full country breakfasts, private cabin accommodation, a welcome party on arrival and gourmet dinners.
For those who cannot make the tastings weekend, two-night packages are available in July and August.
