Escape from stress in Queensland

Spending around $1000 for the services of a psychologist might sound extravagant but when the consultations come with a massage, breakfasts and three nights' accommodation in a tropical paradise, the stress is guaranteed to melt away.

A Queensland resort, Rydges Capricorn International at Yeppoon, has come up with the three-day De-Stress Retreat package, with five hours of individual sessions with a stress psychologist. The resort is set among tropical gardens, two championship golf courses and 20km of private sandy beach. The three-day retreat costs $1210 a person.
