England: From coast to coast

Tradition has it that you dip your boots in the Irish Sea and take a pebble to deposit in the North Sea at the end of your classic walk: England's Coast to Coast with Sherpa.

Sherpa offers several independent inn-to-inn walks such as the 14-day Coast to Coast starting on September 30. Accommodation could be anything from small bed-and-breakfasts to substantial hotels.

Your baggage is carried from hotel to hotel every day so you can enjoy the hills with just a small daypack.
